Davenports promotes Bronwen Newcombe to Director.
Davenports Law is delighted to announce their appointment of a new Director - experienced Employment Law Specialist Bronwen Newcombe.
Bronwen has been a valuable member of the Davenports Law team since she joined the firm in 2010 and now leads the employment and HR advisory practice.
As well as drawing on her broad employment law experience, Bronwen's commercial law background enables her to provide pragmatic and practical solutions for business owners and executives. Clients appreciate Bronwen's approachable and friendly manner, her understanding of their business needs, and her ability to make complicated issues appear straightforward.
Bronwen provides advice on all aspects of employment law and HR advisory services, including leadership development, contentious and non-contentious employment matters, strategic restructuring, personal grievances, negotiated exits and improving staff performance.
Bronwen often presents at seminars and client strategy days, runs internal workshops for directors/senior executives and has previously been a committee member of the Auckland Communities Foundation as well as an elected member of the Auckland District Law Society Employment Law Committee.
Director Tammy McLeod is thrilled that Bronwen, who has for some time been part of the senior management team, is now a director of the Company.
