Buxton Capital does not provide financial advice, however, we vet each individual opportunity, performing our own due diligence and applying a strict set of criteria before presenting to investors. We fully disclose the loan purpose and terms to investors on every occasion to ensure that they have sufficient information before making an investment decision. We recommend that investors who require further assistance consult with a financial adviser. Our investors can expect an agreed interest rate return monthly on funds lent through Buxton Capital.
We extend loans to businesses, developers and investors for a variety of purposes including:

The terms of each loan are approved by Buxton Capital’s investment committee, are generally under one year and secured by a first mortgage over property. All costs and fees for the establishment of the loan are paid by the borrower.
