We have a new Senior Associate.
We are delighted to announce that Bronwen Newcombe is now a Senior Associate at Davenports Law!
Bronwen has been a very valuable member of the Davenports team since she joined the firm in 2010. She is a specialist employment lawyer, who also has experience in trusts, commercial law and relationship property. Bronwen has previously been a committee member of the Auckland Communities Foundation as well as an elected member of the Auckland Law District Society Employment Law Committee.
As the leader of the employment team, she demonstrates her proficiency through the consistent results she gets for clients. She works closely with business owners, senior executives and employees, providing advice on a broad range of employment issues including all HR business needs, strategic restructuring, assisting with under-performing employees and facilitating negotiated exits and settlements.
Bronwen works closely with clients to take the stress away from their situation and ensure that they understand the best way to proceed. Clients appreciate Bronwen's understanding of their business needs, her clear pragmatic solutions, and her ability to make complicated issues appear straightforward.
Bronwen often presents at seminars and client strategy days, runs internal workshops for directors/senior executives and is a regular contributor to Fairfax publications regarding employment law issues.
In addition to all of this, Bronwen exhibits the values and philosophy of the firm and brings an outstanding energy, commitment and professionalism to the team. We know she will be an excellent Senior Associate, and wish her all the best in her new role.
