Second Tier Finance

These days, borrowing money from mainstream banks seems to be getting harder and harder and there is a greater need to reach out to lenders that offer alternatives. There can be a variety of reasons for borrowing from second tier lenders, such as raising capital for an existing business or venture, buying a business or property or financing a property development. Second tier lenders often don’t have the same regulatory requirements that mainstream banks have, which has both advantages but also disadvantages for borrowers.

We have a large amount of expertise and experience in all facets of second tier lending, including acting for both lenders and borrowers in a range of matters including corporate/business and property finance and related security arrangements.

We understand and advise on credit law compliance matters and related issues. Equally as important is our depth of contacts in the related fields that we can call on to assist clients.

Contact us to discuss how we can help you reach your goals.
