Welcome to Alex, Anna, and Linley!

Alex Dunne

Legal Executive, Trust Team.

Alex joined Davenports in July as a Legal Executive for the Trusts team. She has worked in the legal industry for 25 years and has a range of experience in property, trusts, estates and conveyancing. Alex mainly works with trust administration, wills, asset structuring, residential conveyancing and property. Alex is a “Fellow” of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her fur babies (cats and horses) and catching up with friends.

Anna Guise

Solicitor, Commercial Team.

Anna is our newest solicitor, joining Davenports in late August as a commercial specialist. Prior to this, Anna worked at Anthony Harper in the CBD following her graduation from the University of Otago in July 2016 (LLB, BA). She has assisted on a wide range of commercial transactions, and regularly advises on various commercial, corporate secretarial, and compliance matters. In her spare time Anna enjoys doing yoga, reading, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Linley Hawkes

Associate, Property Team.

Linley, our new Associate, joined the Davenports Property team in August. She specialises in commercial property advising on the sale and purchase of property, negotiating and preparing agreements, undertaking due diligence investigations and advising on all aspects of commercial leases for both landlord and tenant clients. She also has a broad range of experience with cross leases, unit titles, subdivisions, financing, lending and securities. Outside of work, Linley enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on outings to the theatre, movies and local North Shore cafes for coffee.
