Rachel joined Davenports Law in January 2012 as a Registered Legal Executive in our Property Team. She has been working in the legal field since 2003.
Rachel is now an Associate in our Commercial and Property Teams and is a Fellow member of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial property. Rachel specialises in residential & commercial property, refinancing/restructuring, and subdivisions. She particularly enjoys the complexities of subdivision work and has a wealth of knowledge in this area. Rachel is professional yet personable and enjoys working with clients to achieve results efficiently, making for a seamless transaction.
