Michelle Prowse

Michelle enjoys providing clients/family with compassionate assistance and advice on the process involved when a loved one passes away, ensuring what can be a very difficult and emotional time for the family is as straightforward as possible.

This process may involve application to the High Court for Probate of a Will, administration of a deceased's Will, compliance with Inland Revenue requirements and the distribution of legacies to family members under the terms of the Will.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys going to gym, reading a book or taking her golden retriever for a walk along one of the North Shores lovely beaches.
