Leonie Reid

Leonie graduated with an LLB from Auckland University in 2002. Before joining Davenports Law she worked as a solicitor.

Leonie has extensive experience in reviewing complex trust structures to ensure that they are fit for purpose. Regularly advising clients on trusts and asset structuring, her experience also includes wills, enduring power of attorney and relationship property matters. Leonie takes a particular interest in interpreting trust deeds and issues arising under the new Trusts Act 2019, including disclosure to beneficiaries.

Outside of work, Leonie loves outdoor and beach activities with her husband and four children. She is a hobbyist photographer and a keen cook.
